- Total Absolution of Liability: Once you click a link on our directory and leave Right To Erasure, we are entirely absolved of any and all responsibility or liability. You are solely subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of that specific third-party website.
- Assumption of Risk: We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, data handling, or deletion compliance practices of any third-party sites or services. You engage with these external links and submit your personal data to them strictly at your own risk.
2. Information We Collect
Because we do not require user accounts, process payments, or handle deletion requests directly, the information we collect is strictly limited to passive, automated data collection used for website analytics and security.
Standard Log Files
Like standard web servers, Right To Erasure utilizes log files. The information inside the log files includes:
